Terms and Conditions

We understand that when you make an order, you want your product as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen!

A dispatch confirmation email will typically be sent within one business day of an item sent.  For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information normally that same day.

Shipping Method Explanation 

Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

Domestic Orders –

Ships Within 24 Hours.  If you order early in the day, your order may ship same day or, at the latest, next business day.  The earlier in the day the order is placed, the better the chance it will ship that day.  Most orders will be sent First Class Mail unless requested otherwise.  Tracking is provided via email.

Shipments to the Contiguous 48 US States

Order 3 Serenity Organics Creams or more and qualify for our FREE shipping offer (Standard shipping only).  Otherwise, flat rate is $3.95 per order.

Alaska / Hawaii

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will ship via the United States Postal. Please allow an additional 2-4 business days to process your order. If your order is urgent, feel free to contact us and we can try to accommodate.

International Orders

Orders shipping to an International destination will ship via Fedex International Mail Service. Fedex picks up your package from our order processing department & delivers it to the postal system in your country.  Please allow 5-14 business days for delivery, some countries in the Orient or Down Under may require more time.  Again, order 3 initially and then reorder on the day you start your third container of cream

FAST STANDARD SHIPPING

Delivery typically in 1 to 5 business days for US orders, 5 to 12 business days for international orders, some countries may take a little longer, so please be patient if you live in Europe, Asia or Down Under.

THREE DAY

Delivery by the end of the third business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is placed Sunday night and is processed/shipped on Monday, it would arrive on Thursday of that week.

SECOND DAY

Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday.

NEXT DAY

Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday.

Shipping Changes

Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $10 Service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).

APO

Orders shipping to an APO address qualify for our Free Shipping.  APO orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Military Mail, please allow an additional 1-3 business days to process your order.

Backorders

If you order more than one item and one of the product you ordered is on back order, the products in stock will ship same or next day and backordered items will ship same or next day upon arrival at our shipping depot.

Damaged Goods

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact Health Science Customer Service immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but Health Science will assist the customer with these claims to the best of its ability.
